My name is troy salthouse and i’m the writer, director, main character (aloe), editor, and sound engineer for this film. i’ve always been obsessed with movies and i’ve been working towards a career in music for quite some time now. but during the summer of 2025 i had an idea. to switch gears. to tackle a brand new challenge that stretches far beyond short-form social media content. I wanted to tell a new kind of story, and complete it before 2026. i have little to no EXPERIENCE, no professional crew, no “real” equipment or resources. but i was blessed with friends willing to help on this medieval journey to create lasting art. and with nothing but the money i’ve saved up at my day job and an iphone in our hands, we made it happen.
